In Class Task 1 - CALL me Arip

Salam..

My name is Mohammad Ariff Bin Othman, at 22 years of age, I currently attend the 8th and final (hopefully in a good way) semester of my TESL Degree. I would tell you more about myself but then I would have to kill you. Since i've taken it upon myself to write this blog, you probably want to know about my relationships with computers and the full extent of my internet kungfu.

I must say that i'm quite comfortable around computers and even dare say that I love them very much, perhaps to the extend of installing one in my car so that i may... compute while I roll? But unfortunately X-zibit have yet to pimp my ride in such a manner. One thing I'd like to add about computers or rather technology in general is that i think they're advancing way too fast. Despite my love for all things ergonomic and techy, i dread the thought that one day my washing machine would develop a mind of its own and turn on me.

My knowledge on all things techy includes but not limited to the use Adobe Photoshop, 3DS Max, windows movie maker, FRAPS, Winamp, MP3, BMW, BMX, and the tv remote.

As for hardware stuff, i guess i know enough to tell apart a RAM from a Hard Disk, what an M3 motherboard can do over an M2.. as well as various other skills required in maintaining my robot wife.

My computer and internet activities usually consists of playing video games, downloading all forms of media from the net, listening to my favourite MP3, and trolling on internet forums. Or all four at once, it's incredible what you can run with a 2.77GHz processor nowadays.
